Our Customer Request Portal will be temporarily unavailable from 5pm Friday 17 October to 8pm Sunday 19 October due to scheduled maintenance.

During this time, you will not be able to submit Planning Certificates or Work PermitsPlease submit these when the portal has reopened. To report an issue, fill out the form below. For urgent issues, call 9707 9000.
