Minor works and maintenance request form
Clause 5.10(3) of the
Canterbury-Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2023 allows applicants to undertake minor works or the maintenance of heritage items and places within heritage conservation areas, without obtaining development consent. This may only occur if the development does not adversely impact the site’s heritage significance.
This form allows applicants to make a request to undertake such works. No fees are required for this application.
Prior to submission please read the
Heritage Minor Works and Maintenance Requests Information Sheet and contact Council’s Heritage Advisor to understand if your proposed works are eligible. Council’s Heritage Advisor is usually available on Thursdays and can be contacted on 9707 9000.
An application cannot be made for works that have already been undertaken.
