Registration of a Mobile Food Vending Vehicle (Public Land)

Approval in accordance with Section 68 of the Local Government Act 1993 must be sought from Canterbury Bankstown Council prior to operating a mobile food vending vehicle on public land. This registration form is to be used by mobile food vending vehicles that wish to obtain approval to operate on Council-owned roads within the Canterbury Bankstown Local Government Area. Note, mobile food vending vehicles wishing to operate at events or on private land, should complete Council’s ‘Food Premises Registration Form’.
