Complete this form to request a set of three bins for an approved, newly built property. Your bins will be delivered within 4 business days after processing.

Regular waste service ($620 per year): 140L red domestic waste bin, 240L yellow recycling Bin, 240L green waste bin
Large waste service ($850 per year): 240L red domestic waste bin, 240L yellow recycling bin, 240L green waste bin

Please note this application must:

be completed and signed by the property owner as listed on the property title or the managing agent. If this does not match our records, we cannot process the application.
be accompanied by the occupation certificate (OC) or interim OC. If you do not have a copy, please contact your certifier to request a copy to upload.

If you would like an extra bin, please complete the additional waste form.

This request is not to replace existing bins.

Service Details and Charges

The new waste service will be charged annually, pro rata. The charge will be added to your Council rates. If approved, you will receive a confirmation letter with terms of service and a summary of your adjusted Council rates.

There are two options:

Attachments

An occupation certificate (OC) or interim OC is issued once a build has been finalised and completed. It is required before bins can be delivered. If you do not have a copy, please request one from your certifier before completing the form. We cannot process your request without an OC or interim OC.
