SECTION 3 - OWNERS DECLARATION

As the owner/owners reprehensive of the property listed in Section 1 , I /we provide consent for the applicant to apply to Canterbury Bankstown Council for a Tree Management Order and understand :

T hat the information supplied on this form and any related document may be made accessible to applicants to Council under the GIPA Act 2009.
T hat Council may liaise with the applicant regarding the application, but all determinations will be provided to me/us as owners of the land.
T hat Council officers will only undertake a visual inspection of the tree from ground level;

and authorise:

T he applicant to apply for consent to carry out the tree work as described for the application.
Council Officers to enter the land without prior notice to carry out inspections for the purpose of determining this application.
