PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL AND SPA REGISTRATION FORM

The Public Health Regulation 2022 requires all public swimming pools and/or spas operating in the Canterbury-Bankstown Local Government Area to be registered with City of Canterbury Bankstown Council. This registration form is to be used by owners/operators in order to register their public swimming pool and/or spa or to change any registration details.
