In accordance with Council’s fees and charges, a written advice will incur an administration fee payable to Council upon submission of this application.

  • The written advice will be issued by email or post

  • Letter Description:

Confirmation of Ownership- Verifies the details of the ownership registration determined by the NSW Land Registry Service.

Account Status Confirmation- Verifies the rates and charges account status.

Transaction Summary- Provides current financial year transactional information inclusive of rates,charges and payments receipted. A separate application must be submitted for any additional financial year/s including payment of the applicable administration fee.

CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

  • Any letter may only be requested by the property owner or an authorised third party.

  • Only the property owner listed on Council records during the ownership period may request any letter.

  • The administration fee is non-refundable.
