Confirmation of Ownership- Verifies the details of the ownership registration determined by the NSW Land Registry Service.

Account Status Confirmation- Verifies the rates and charges account status.

Transaction Summary- Provides current financial year transactional information inclusive of rates,charges and payments receipted. A separate application must be submitted for any additional financial year/s including payment of the applicable administration fee.

CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT

Any letter may only be requested by the property owner or an authorised third party.
Only the property owner listed on Council records during the ownership period may request any letter.
The administration fee is non-refundable.
