Change of address form

Submit this form to update your postal details on Council's records.

Once submitted, the postal address provided will be used for all future correspondence.

  • Submit one application per property or rates account

  • Provide the full legal names of all property owners (initials cannot be accepted)

  • Provide a current contact number and email address for each owner

  • Provide a current contact number and email address for each managing agent

  • Managing agents must complete the Change of details form - managing agent to notify Council of:

    • office relocations (including the new address and a current list of managed properties), or

    • the purchase of another real estate company.

Continue to submit this change of address and Council will be in touch shortly with a managing agent ID code and details on how to register for digital delivery.
