Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility
Entrants must be a resident or ratepayer of the City of Canterbury Bankstown ("Council") or attending a school or studiying in the Canterbury-Bankstown Local Government Area.
Entrants must be aged  12-24.

When to enter
The competition commences at 9.30am on Monday 3 February 2025 and concludes at 5pm on Friday 28 March 2025. Entries must be received by Council before the competition close date and time.

How to enter - Young Storytellers Competition

Stories must address the theme “The future is now” and can be submitted in any format: written piece, comic strip, script, short film or artwork of any kind.

Either bring your completed work to your local library and complete the submission form or upload it here.

Entry conditions
One entry per eligible person.

Judging
Entries for the competition will be judged in age categories by Council library staff.

Winners will be contacted on Friday 4 April 2025.

Prizes and winning
Competition winners will be awarded a cash prize.
